Having spent over four decades overcoming childhood adversities and helping others with my post-traumatic wisdom, I decided to change careers and pursue my purpose at the age of 49.

I became a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and soon after, I launched Flip That Sh!t™, a podcast that serves as a no-cost entry point for those looking to resolve their own traumas.

Through Flip That Sh!t™, my goal is to help listeners transform their perspectives and see their lives through a new lens. As a foul-mouthed, unapologetic Buddhist enthusiast, I'm not afraid to use colorful language to express my emotions, but I draw the line at any derogatory or dehumanizing language. Stacey Uhrig, aka the Mindset Flipper, is a Trauma Recovery Specialist with a passion for helping others. With a B.S in Speech Pathology and Audiology, she coached hundreds of individuals on how to represent their authentic selves before launching her own business in 2019. Stacey's approach combines 1:1 coaching sessions, hypnosis, and Rapid Transformational Therapy to help people see their life challenges through a new lens, leading to a greater sense of power, purpose, and peace. Stacey's credentials include certification in hypnosis, Rapid Transformational Therapy, and Trauma Recovery Coaching, and she is a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.
